  • "Complex and compellingly human, Linda’s animals do not lack character or intensity. Almost as if they came straight out of a folklore story, this character has piercing, round eyes, an open mouth, and ears that shoot up to the stars. Shocked, this character’s expression reads like you just walked into the room unexpectedly. In this way, Linda gives the viewer a front-row seat into animal life. The look of the animal demonstrates a reflection of the viewer, shrinking the divide between the animal and human worlds. Bach’s work demonstrates an opportunity to see human activity through a different set of eyes, one that may be shocked at the “normalcy” of many things we typically do not think to bat an eye at."
