At Cornerstone Associates, we invest in our associates by meeting them where they are. We work to understand what they need to reach their individual goals and then design programming to help them reach those goals. We provide job training and coaching to set them up for success. Once they gain the job skills needed for more independent employment, we work with employers to integrate them into their business to gain real-world work experience. We believe that our associates make excellent employees and by providing them the opportunity to work more independently, they are gaining confidence and social skills that help better integrate them into the community.
