Everyone is welcome to attend Cub Scout Leader Michelle, aka DJ Michelle, aka Michelle G, is giving a presentation about the Boy Scouts of America on Thursday, August 15th at 11:30 pm.
Cub Scout Leader Michelle explores the space between imagination and memory in her speech BOYSCOUTS, weaving together stories about her family, her community, and her self. Her speech is about her family and how her family members shared the Boy Scouts with her. It is about a promise to act with honor, to help those in need. It is an exploration of connectedness—
Michelle is a piece in the jigsaw puzzle that brings us all together, connecting each of us to one another. It is about disability and adaptation. It is about community.
The presentation will take place at the flagpole in front of the Cornerstone Associates building.
