Living Studios and Disability Equity Center Collaboration

This July 13-24, 2020 Cornerstone Associates and the Disability Equity Center invite everyone to participate in ART FOR ALL.

From the Willamette River to the rugged coast, water connects Oregonians. Join us daily from 2-3:30pm Monday-Friday the week of July 13 as visual artist Andrew Myers leads participants of all abilities in a real time, collaborative art-making journey about our local rivers as unifying natural forces bringing diverse people together.

Curious about what making art is all about? Ready to get creative but don’t know where to start? Daily 2-3:00pm Monday-Friday the week of July 20, join artist Celeste Gutentag for a series of free, inclusive online art classes for folks of all abilities. Materials provided, though participant spots are limited.

All summer long, engage in Disability Art and Storytelling. What does it mean to be a disabled person in today’s world? What do you want people to know about your experiences and needs? Your survival strategies and wisdom? We will work with artists and writers to provide supplies, support, and inclusive access to art-making.
